Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of significant delays, we will notify you directly.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on their destination, such as hazardous materials.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Idaho Pawn and Gold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and tracking information has been provided. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
